Caelivon Studios LLC, 2108 N Street #11725, Sacramento, California 95816, runs caelivonstudios.com, drewink.com and fp.caelivonstudios.com. Using any of them means these terms.

Buying from Drew Ink

What a typeface, a logo, an icon or the year lets you do is written once, on the licence, and that page is the agreement for anything you buy. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own checkout page, and the receipt goes to the email you pay with.

Refunds

A file cannot be returned, so a delivered licence is not refunded. A double charge is refunded in full. A broken or wrong file, or a licence bought at the wrong band, we correct. Write to us and say what happened.

French Press

A score on French Press is our reading of what a critic wrote, printed beside the sentence it came from so you can disagree with it. It is not the critic's own number unless the page says so. Every quotation is credited, and says whether we read it where it was published or where it was quoted. If you wrote something we quote, or run a place we link to, and want it taken down, write to us and it comes down.

What is ours

The sites, their words, scores, drawings and faces belong to Caelivon Studios, except the quotations, which belong to the people who wrote them. Reading, linking and quoting a line with credit are welcome. Copying a site or its data in bulk is not.

What we promise and what we don't

We work to keep every page right and every file sound. Apart from what the licence promises, the sites are offered as they are, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from them is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California. Write to us first; most things are settled by a reply.
