Caelivon Studios LLC, 2108 N Street #11725, Sacramento, California 95816, runs caelivonstudios.com, drewink.com and fp.caelivonstudios.com. This page lists everything those sites keep about the people who use them.
What we keep
- A visit to drewink.com or caelivonstudios.com is counted as the day, the page, and the campaign tag of the link that brought it, if the link had one. We keep no address, browser, referring page or time of day, and nothing that tells two visits by the same person apart. Each count is deleted after 400 days.
- A purchase is made on Stripe's own checkout page. Stripe takes your card, email and billing details and keeps the order. We never see your card. We read the order back from Stripe to send your file, and later to confirm your licence, which belongs to the email you bought with. The link to your file is signed for your order and stops working after 72 hours.
- A claim on a logo, or an order for the Year, keeps your email address, the item and the time in our own store, where a person reads it to reply. It stays as the record of the licence it leads to.
- A wish on a title adds one to that title's count. Nothing about who wished is kept.
- Mail you send us is read and answered by a person and kept as correspondence.
- fp.caelivonstudios.com keeps nothing about its visitors.
What we never do
None of our sites sets a cookie or loads an advertising or analytics tracker. We do not sell or share what we keep, and we do not train any model on it. A browser's privacy signal, such as Global Privacy Control, has nothing to switch off here, because there is nothing tracking you.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare hosts all three sites. Its servers see your network address in order to deliver each page, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy. Both are in the United States.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write from the address it is filed under to hello@caelivonstudios.com. We answer within 45 days. The one exception to deletion is the record of a sale that tax law requires us to keep. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. You can use them without paying for them and without being treated any differently.
Children
Our sites are not made for children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep anything about one. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
When what we keep changes, this page changes first, and so does its date.
